Description:
Casia Cardigan Junior is a neat girls cardigan with puff sleeves. The cardigan does not need any final sewing despite the puff sleeves, as they are shaped with the help of in- and decreases. The cardigan is knit top down, so you can easily adjust the length at both the body and sleeves while knitting. By knitting short rows, the neckline is slightly higher at the back. The cardigan can be knit with stripes or not.

Bust measurement: ca. 60 (64) 70 (76) 80 (84) cm.
Sleeve length measured centre under the armhole opening: 28 (30) 33 (34) 37 (39) cm. Body length measured centre back: 34 (37,5) 41 (44,5 (47,5 (50) cm. 
 
Materials:
100 (100) 125 (150) 175 (175) g thin silk mohair quality. The pictured model is knit with Silk Mohair from Isager Yarn (212 m/25 g), color 0 (cream) and color 12 (light purple). If you prefer a striped cardigan you will have an equal amount of the two colors picked when you knit size 1-2 and 3-4 years. In any other sizes the amount will be uneven. You will need most yarn for the base color.
 
You can choose any other yarn, as long as you obtain the correct gauge. 
 
You will need 6-7 bottoms, 12 mm, and 10 stitch markers knitting this cardigan.
 
Needles:
The cardigan is knit in stockinette stitch knitting back and forth on needle 4 mm (80 cm circular needle). All ribbed hems are knit on circular needle 3 mm (80 cm). I recommend interchangeable circular needles. 
 
Gauge:
19 sts x 27 rows in stockinette stitch in the round on needle size 4 mm =10 x 10 cm.
